SPA TREATMENT
Spa treatments are known
for being relaxing, however that is just the surface of their potential
benefits.
For
instance the scrub at the beginning of a spa treatment, stimulates many
important functions on and below the skin, such as, sebaceous glands, small
muscles and nerve endings, vein, blood and lymph circulation (which helps to
strengthen the underlying tissue and capillary walls). The exfoliation
allows the skin to breathe more easily and leaves the skin feeling soft.
In the case of the
‘Copenhagen Spa’, acupuncture points and meridians
are stimulated with intra sound, using the Sonafon. This helps stimulate and
tone internal organs for better health, functioning and well-being.
The mask nourishes and
mineralizes the skin, while also promoting relaxation.
The lymphatic drainage
massage encourages the elimination of toxin. This process also adjusts the
body to its proper proportion.
